'Your Own Flowers' depicts a scene of a woman who has just made a lei (flower adornment) for herself. In the Hawaiian culture, leis are meant to be made by someone and given TO you. In a world where your good works or talent may go unnoticed, sometimes you have to give yourself "your own flowers" - recognize and embrace your wins on your won, when others won't, that's all the matters.
